MSE named Kate Luce Bourgeois president and chief executive officer in 2017. Kate worked her way through the ranks from customer service to the transportation department, training as a conductor and serving as trainmaster. Eventually, she managed the department. Kate’s education, experience, and integration in the MSE business provides her with a refreshingly comprehensive perspective on the rail industry and a vision for taking MSE into this next era.
