The Moss Point Yard Industrial Site is located in Jackson County, Mississippi and owned and served by Mississippi Export Railroad. The 47 acre site has access to a 600+ railcar storage facility with unit train capacity.
A 1,200 acre park located in Lucedale, Mississippi. The site includes a 353 acre MS Power Project Ready Certified Site. Located in George County, MS 40 miles north of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. US Hwy 98 (4-lane) is adjacent to this property.
The Mississippi Export Railroad’s Helena Transloading Site is a 6 acre gated transload track site with 6 to 8 railcar capacity and heavy track drive through capabilities.
