Warehouse Terminals
Strategically Located with Big Possibilities
When it comes to logistics and supply chain, the location of built-to-suit warehousing is important. Having a warehouse close to the main transportation infrastructure is essential to ensure that goods can flow in and out of the warehouse as efficiently as possible. Built-to-suit warehouses can be designed and developed to meet the needs of the customer. Many commodities transported by rail, like lumber and mechanical parts, require proper storage to keep them protected from external elements, such as inclement weather. MSE and ALE have property strategically located in Mississippi and Alabama and look forward to working with customers to develop a warehouse that accommodates their operational needs for current requirements and future growth. We have experience in building a facility that is equipped with spacious storage, packaging operations, steaming services, bulk tank track transportation, transloading and more.
Warehouse Opportunities with MSE

The warehouse currently houses a transload facility offering steaming services, bulk tank track transportation, transloading, and warehousing for liquid and dry bulk, containers, totes, super sacks, packaged materials, lumber and building materials, and palletized goods. The warehouse is strategically located next to the Helena Storage Yard, which has the capacity to store and stage approximately 250 railcars.
